I can't say enough good things about this kitchen & bath store! From start to finish, the staff provided excellent service and expert advice. I will never go anywhere else. The quality is amazing and they are so easy to work with. I just ran into an issue after two years with a handheld shower nozzle breaking and they knew immediately what the issue was and took care of it. Eddie was great to speak with and is setting me up with a 100% credit toward a new one. This was one of about 5 interactions with them over several years and they never disappoint!

Staff are very helpful. Warehouse atmosphere. Their prices are at or below Internet prices. I have exchanged a few items when I ordered the wrong thing. Never a problem. They will take care of you.

I work for Elite Rooter and was looking for a small kids toilet. Very difficult toilet to get ahold of with a Sloan valve. Called Rubenstein to see if they had it and they did not but found it an hour away. Angelo was very helpful an worked hard to track it down. Thank you so much.

Instead, they helped me troubleshoot my current one as well as find a solution to a second plumbing challenge. Toilet works like new and they will have all my future business as a result! I have been going to this store for over 30 years. Most people at the store have been very helpful and supportive. Growing up, I was used to being shunned at the local plumbing store for not knowing the name of the parts. At Rubensteins, I was invited early on to go to the back of the store and pick out what I needed. Generally everything is in stock or it can be ordered quickly. I am an architect and have all my jobs run through Rubenstein because their pricing is lower than anyone else with better service. I have shopped around for years. Rubenstein often beats the internet on specific manufacturer's prices.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff (Leo) at the parts counter. Our the pull-out hose head on our (pricey) Dansk kitchen faucet sprang a leak after 3-4 years of service. Instead of ordering something online that was supposedly the numbered part but didn't --look-- like the one I'd removed, I went the bricks-and-mortar route to Rubenstein's. I expected $50-70 outlay based on the web pricing, but Leo pointed out that Dansk fixtures were sold with a lifetime warranty. While Rubenstein don't stock Dansk products, Leo did know the supplier for the bay area and put in a call. Long story short, free part, shipped to my door. Can't recommend these folks highly enough. Thanks again, Leo!

excellent- Anna's very helpful! I've done so many projects over the years. Fortunately, they have gotten to be "higher end". Now, I just go to Rubenstein's and Anna has been so helpful. I don't keep up with the changes to plumbing fixtures so it's great to have an expert I can turn to when I need help finding something.

When I was remodeling my bathrooms, I became a regular at Rubensteins. Although there was often a wait both before and during my turn, the guys there are professional and knowledgeable. They knew the right questions to ask and had a good return policy when things didn't work out. I'll be back.
